My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was clean and spacious, offering good amenities; however, the finishing in the bathroom seemed a bit rough, affecting the luxury ambiance. The service was outstanding, particularly thanks to Yuli, making our evening memorable. The location was fantastic, with great views and setups, but cleanliness seemed to be a recurring issue. The dining experience was a bit lacking compared to a 5-star standard. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
